Dr. Danielle Futerman

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Danielle is dedicated to helping her clients restore balance and vitality through individualized, root-cause care. Her clinical interests include women’s health, mind-body stress relief, dermatology, fertility support, and gastrointestinal health.

She works to restore the foundations of health while supporting the body’s natural self-regulating processes. Dr. Danielle is trained in advanced functional lab interpretation and integrates gentle, evidence-based therapies such as individualized nutrition, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, and homeopathy to support the body’s innate ability to heal. Her approach blends modern medical understanding with traditional healing arts, recognizing that true wellness comes from addressing the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

Dr. Danielle is committed to listening deeply, honoring each patient’s story, and understanding the whole person to support meaningful and lasting healing. Her care also includes NeuroEmotional Technique and Craniosacral Therapy to address emotional contributors and nervous system patterns that may be affecting overall wellness. She believes in creating a collaborative, compassionate environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and guided toward sustainable health.

Dr. Danielle earned her doctoral degree at Bastyr University in San Diego, and completed the last 6 months of her clinical training at Collaborative Natural Health Partners in Connecticut, where patients could access affordable naturopathic care from student clinicians supervised by licensed Naturopathic Doctors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry and a Certificate in Integrative Healthcare from the University of Vermont.

She is an active member of the New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians (NYANP) and is deeply committed to expanding access to integrative, preventive, and patient-centered healthcare in her local community. She serves on the fundraising and legislative committees.

What is Naturopathic Medicine?

Naturopathic medicine blends modern science with natural therapies to support the body’s innate ability to heal. Grounded in principles of prevention, education, and whole-person care, naturopathic doctors address the root causes of illness rather than just managing symptoms. Treatment may include clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, lifestyle counseling, homeopathy, and hands-on therapies, all tailored to the individual to promote lasting wellness and balance.
